Our Founder

Kristine Ciok is the owner and founder of Alpine Health & Beauty®. She is an experienced Registered Nurse and is passionate about health and beauty. Kristine's work in the beauty industry began in 2008, from which time she continued extensive training, qualifications and experience to keep up to date with the most advanced technology. Since launching Alpine Health & Beauty®, Kristine has driven the clinic to attain great success.

Treatments

DERMAPLANING: enhance the beauty of your skin with our effective dermaplaning procedure. Dermaplaning is an exfoliating treatment that removes peach fuzz and dead skin with the tiny scrape of a scalpel. Dermaplaning is safe for most skin types, especially those with sun damage, fine lines, dry patches and dull skin.

ADVANCED THERAPIES: IPL and SHR permanent hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation removal, acne management, sonophoresis facial, vascular therapy, fat cavitation and RF skin tightening.

HYPERPIGMENTATION (age spots): is the darkening of an area of skin caused by increased melanin. Causes include: sun exposure, genetics, ageing, inflammation, medical conditions, drug response and melasma. SPF 50+ will help to prevent UV damage-induced pigmentation.

Treatments: Intense pulse light (IPL), LED therapy, chemical peel, serums and masks.

LED THERAPY: Light emitting diode (LED) therapy can help treat a variety of skin problems, including: acne, dermatitis, dull skin, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, scarring, signs of aging, including wrinkles and age spots. LED therapy is pain free, chemical free, safe for all skin types and a relaxing, pleasant treatment to have. LED treatments take approximately 10 to 20 minutes.

Anti-wrinkle injections, muscle relaxants, are a safe, effective, non-invasive treatment to reduce and prevent fine lines.

Dermal Fillers add volume and structure to refresh, lift and add symmetry to your face, Dermal Fillers can provide a rejuvenated, youthful and natural appearance.

COSMETIC TATTOOING: Semi-permanent cosmetic brow tattooing is available using the following techniques: feather-touch, micro-blading or mist tattooing. The colour will appear very rich for 48 hours immediately after the treatment, then fade by approximately 50% in the first week. All initial cosmetic tattooing will require one or two retouches 4-6 weeks apart.
